Looking to experience Disney in a different way? Tucked away on the 5th floor of Disney’s Beach Club Resort is the Stone Harbor Club, accessible only by Magic Band. Keep reading to learn more about the Club Level experience at Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

How to Enter the Stone Harbor Club

First Time Entering

Lobby of Disney’s Beach Club Resort

When you arrive at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you must go to the Check-In Desk. Here, the Beach Club Staff will confirm you are staying Club Level and call upstairs so they are awaiting your arrival. The Cast Member will escort you upstairs since your Magic Band won’t be programmed yet.

During Your Stay

Magic Band Required for Club Level on Elevator

Upon entering the elevators, you will need to scan your Magic Band on the area of the elevator that says Stone Harbor Club. This will automatically illuminate the 5th floor button and whisk you off. When you exit the elevators, you will see one entrance to the club lounge straight ahead of you and the concierge desks to the left.

Club Level Concierge

Concierge Desks

The concierge desk at the Stone Harbor Club is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm every day. They are there to help you with everything from dining reservations, FastPass+ reservations as well as tickets and more. They were very helpful and always there to lend a hand no matter the request which was great.

The Stone Harbor Club Lounge

The Stone Harbor Club Lounge is comprised of a few different rooms. There is a room that has the food and two seating areas. The decor is nautical and beach themed with some fun accents of a beach club throughout. There are also two televisions in the lounge, one playing cartoons for kids and the other that stays on the WDW Today Channel to provide park updates.  The lounge has coffee, tea, water, juice and sodas all day long as well as small snacks. Plus, guests can enjoy alcoholic beverages throughout the day by asking the staff for whatever drink they would like. These include beer, wine and cordials, which you can request until 10:00pm.

Food & Beverage Service Schedule & Review

The food and beverage schedule is as follows:

Coffee: 6:30am- 7:00am

Breakfast: 7:00am- 10:30am

Snacks: 11:30am-4:00pm

Hors d’Oeuvres: 5:00pm-7:00pm

Desserts: 8:00pm-10:00pm

Area by Elevators

By the elevators, there is a table where guests can find the schedule of the above times and menus of what will be served that day. This is located next to all of the park maps and information. There is also a water pitcher there for guests to enjoy.

At 6:30am, coffee service begins for guests in Club Level. It was so great to have coffee so easily accessible down the hall until 10:30am. During our stay, we went into the lounge a few times while breakfast and snack service were happening. 2 of the mornings there were Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiches which were delicious as well as Oatmeal, Bagels and Pastries. One morning, we actually went to the Marketplace for breakfast (to use quick service credit). We got Bounty Platters and since there were no seats by the Marketplace, we took our meals upstairs. We were definitely not feeling the Bounty Platter breakfast from Beach Club so we ended up eating all of the delicious food available at the lounge, including those delicious Quiches- which made the whole thing totally worth it and we didn’t have quick service breakfast there again. During snack service, there were sugar, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies as well as ice cream, chips and fruit. I really enjoyed having breakfast and snacks easily accessible to me.

Cast Member Service

The cast members who work in the Stone Harbor Club at Disney’s Beach Club Resort were awesome. When we first arrived, we had several people ask us multiple times if there was something they could get us or something to drink they could provide for us. They were also always around to pick up plates and talk to guests.

Rooms

Guests staying Club Level at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will stay on the 5th floor of the resort. What is super nice about this is that the lounge is literally just down the hall from your room. You can wake up and grab a cup of coffee as you get ready for your day ahead. Our room was right across from the service room that the cast members use to stage the food and beverages for guests. This meant our room was also only two doors away from the lounge entrance which was so convenient.

Our room had a view of the front of the resort and Spaceship Earth could be seen off in the distance which was super cool. The room was very nice and kept clean. One perk for club level guests is nightly turn down service which means your sheets are turned down, the blinds are drawn and you receive some delicious Disney Parks Ghirardelli Milk Chocolates on your pillow at night.
